In this role, you will

• Deliver patient-centered care in aged care and hospital settings
• Monitor patients and identify changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments
• Update records and communicate with doctors and families
• Educate and support patients and relatives

To be successful in this position, you will need

• Current AHPRA registration and relevant experience
• A caring, understanding, and cool-tempered disposition
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• An ability to work well in a team
