Responsibilities:
· Assess, plan, and evaluate individualized care for residents regularly.
· Coordinate resident assessments and service plans.
· Liaise with healthcare professionals and maintain accurate records.
· Respond to health emergencies and ensure compliance with safety policies.
· Coach Care Services team members.
Qualifications:
· RN or RPN designation with current registration.
· CPR & First Aid Certification.
· Knowledge of seniors’ retirement housing and relevant legislation.
· Strong communication and organizational skills.
