Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) works collaboratively with partners to improve access to high quality services for First Nations, Inuit and Métis. The Western HSC Trust employs approximately 12,000 staff making us the largest employer in the geography, which includes the council areas of Limavady, Londonderry, Strabane, Omagh and Fermanagh. The majority of services are delivered in community-based settings with access to specialist in-patient services available from a number of hospitals.
